Somali Ports Authority

An autonomous public corporation operating under the Federal Ministry of Ports and Marine Transport of Somalia, intended to be financially self-supporting. The Somali Ports Authority was created by legislative decree No. 19 of June 14th, 1962, and tasked with overseeing port operations, improving facilities, and promoting economic development through efficient maritime transport and trade.
